Shop Policies
Effective April 17, 2013
Attention Valued Clients,
We wanted to inform you of our shop policies. These policies help to ensure the best possible outcomes for you, our other clients, and help to protect our artist's time and energy. Please read through them before working with us:
Deposits, No-Shows, Cancellations, Drawing Fees
Consultations are free, but clients are required to leave a $50 deposit to book an appointment and for artists to start the drawing process. This deposit goes towards your total tattoo time, but will be considered a surcharge for:
*Missed appointment (no show)
*Appointments cancelled without a 48-hour notice.
*Drawing time for artwork delivered, but client cancels or decides not to proceed working with the artist on revisions.
*All deposits (in any amount) are non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes things come up, which is why we don’t mind rescheduling if you give us 48-hour notice. As professional tattoo artists, our personal and professional income is based solely upon services provided to you, our clients. Arriving on time for your scheduled professional service insures the proper time necessary to comfortably complete your services and the services of others as they arrive on schedule throughout the day.
Gift Certificate Policies
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. If you don’t use the full amount during one sitting, you may use the rest at another time.
Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Reasons we might refuse service include, but are not limited to:
*Showing up to your appointment sick.
*Showing up to your appointment intoxicated.
*Using language that is discriminatory, or exhibiting behavior that causes anyone to feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
*Being difficult to work with.
Other Policies
*We love your pets and children, but they are not allowed in the tattoo shop. Please leave your loved ones in the care of someone else while you are at your appointment. If you have a licensed service animal, please let us know in advance so we can try to make accommodations for you.
Thank you for your understanding and attention to these matters.
Sincerely,
Claw and Talon Tattoo
